On November 8, 2021, a Turkish delegation led by Mr. Numan Kurtulmuş, the Deputy Chairman of AK Party, visited International University of Sarajevo (IUS). The other members of the delegation were Mr. Efkan Ala, the Deputy Chairman of AK Party, Mr. Refik Özen, the President of Turkish-Bosnian Friendship, Mr. Mahir Ünal, Member of Parliament of AK Party in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, Mr. Sabri Demir, the Counselor in the Presidency of the Republic of Turkey and Mr. Hasan Topaloğlu, the President of the Foundation for Education Development Sarajevo (SEDEF).
The delegation had a tour of IUS capacities: Research and Development Center, Sedef Media Center and other teaching and learning facilities available at the IUS campus.
