On Tuesday, April 1, 2025, Ms. Zerina Pačariz, CFA, PMP, and Manager at Deloitte, delivered a thought-provoking guest lecture titled "Enhancing Business Performance through Generative Artificial Intelligence: Opportunities, Challenges, and Practical Applications" at the Faculty of Business and Administration (FBA), International University of Sarajevo (IUS). The session was part of the Special Topics in Finance – FinTech course for Master’s students.
Ms. Pačariz offered a comprehensive look into how generative AI is transforming business performance across industries. She discussed the immense opportunities this technology brings, the common challenges organizations face, and shared real-world examples of how generative AI is being integrated into modern business practices.
