In the last week of July, we said goodbye to a wonderful group of students from the Giordano Bruno IIS secondary school from Perugia, Italy, who stayed in Sarajevo as part of the Erasmus + Joint Hosting project.
The Erasmus + Joint Hosting project is another in a series of partner projects implemented by Uniser Learning Mobility, Bologna and the IUS Lifelong Learning Center of the International University of Sarajevo (IUS). These partner projects are focused on the international exchange of students from vocational schools, and the internationalization of vocational education and training.
This is the third group of students from Italy who stayed in our country and who had the opportunity to do one-month Erasmus+ internships in several companies in Sarajevo Canton. Even the July heat wave did not spoil the first Erasmus+ experience of the excellent group of students from Perugia and they shared their experiences in a video here.
We would like to thank the companies that joined this Erasmus + project: Bosnalijek d.d., Klas d.d. and IUS RDC.
We owe special thanks to the companies’ mentors who worked with the students from Italy, the students of the Hadžići High School Center and all the IUS Erasmus Buddies, and of course Professor Valentina Di Sante for the exceptional cooperation during their stay in Sarajevo.
The Erasmus + Joint Hosting project is implemented with the support of the FBiH Chamber of Economy.
