On Tuesday, March 5, 2024, thirteen students, who have been selected to be on FASS Dean's Honour list, received certificates for their excellent results during Fall 2022 and/or Spring 2023 semesters. They are Merjem Lavić, Lamija Kabulović, Tarik Kosovac, Benjamin Ahmedbegović, Tajra Bijedić, Ahmed Pejković, Faruk Arnautović, Lamija Ramović, Ilma Dizdarević, Lejla Hodžić, Dženana Kabulović, Dženita Pirić and Emela Fazlić.
Their dedication, hard work and achievements have been commended by Assistant Professor Dr. Vesna Suljić, the English Language and Literature (ELIT) Program Coordinator, by Associate Professor Dr. Ervin Kovačević, the Dean of Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences (FASS), and ELIT teaching staff as well. Among students present at the small ceremony, there were also the students from ELIT study program whose results have been recognized as outstanding and so they have been listed for the Rector's award. These students are Dženana Kabulović, Ajla Avdić, Emela Fazlić, Lamija Bećirović, Lejla Hamzakadić and Emina Palavra.
After the official part of the ceremony, the students had a small party with their teachers to celebrate their success and inspire others to follow their example.
Congratulations to the recipients of this special award and we hope that they will continue to strive for the best in their future career or studying. We also hope that they will share the knowledge they gained at IUS with others.
